The only way I enjoy coffee is when it’s wrapped in delicious chocolate. Imagine my excitement when I found a Coffee Crunch chocolate bar by Chocolove when I was at the check-out counter of Ace Hardware on Centennial Blvd. in Colorado Springs!

Timothy Moley is the founder, owner, and chocolatier at Chocolove. He’s described as being slightly eccentric and might remind you of Willy Wonka. His website says that Mr. Moley has consumed two chocolate bars every day for the last eighteen years!

These deliciously rich chocolate bars are carefully made in small batches at Mr. Moley’s custom-designed chocolate factory in Boulder, Colorado. He creates premium chocolate bars that are paired with love.

The unique packaging looks like a stamped love letter sent through the postal system. You’ll find a love poem written on the inside of each candy wrapper. My poem from “If You But Knew” began “If you but knew, How all my days seemed filled with dreams of you,” written by Unknown Author!
