Colorado Springs restaurant - Jack Quinn Irish Alehouse and Pub

We sat upstairs next to the windows in Jack Quinn Irish Alehouse and Pub. Perry ate Apple Wood Smoked Pork Loin, grilled pork medallions served with seasonal vegetables, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, and a fresh thyme sauce.

I ate Seafood Boxty, an Irish boxty (potato pancake) filled with roasted salmon, shrimp and Alaskan cod with tomatoes, shallots, scallions, and herbed cream cheese, topped with parsley cream sauce, and served with fresh seasonal vegetables. We added side salads. For dessert, we had chocolate lava cake and coconut cake.

Thinsulate insulated Shamrocks Kup Kollar on 16 ounce glass of iced tea and Squiggles Kup Kollar on a pint of beer.

This is the view of the rest of the bar from our table. Perry wanted me to stop taking photos because I wouldn't let him drink his stout until I was finished shooting. His cup cozy kept his drink cold!

We highly recommend Jack Quinn Irish Alehouse and Pub for fine food, excellent service, and an Irish experience state side!
