Pumpkin Smoothie recipe
Pumpkins aren't just for carving into jack o’ lanterns and pies. They make velvety smoothies for any time of the day. This is a recipe from Prevention Magazine. I also made the smoothie recipe with nonfat yogurt, which gave it a tangy taste.
Pumpkin Smoothie
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until well combined and smooth.
