Estes Park Wool Market 2008 - arrived Wednesday

Last month, Perry and I drove to Estes Park to meet Sean and Pam for the Estes Park Wool Market. As we drove across Highway 36, I took photos though the car’s windshield. In the background of this photo, you can see the snow capped Rocky Mountains. 

One evening after dinner, we walked along the river walk in downtown Estes Park. One bank of the river is lined with the town’s shops and restaurants. The other bank is beautiful forest land. 

I took this photo crossing a small bridge to the public parking lot. The four waterfalls spilled into the river as the leaves sparkled in the late evening sun.
