Woodstock Café & Shoppes in Woodstock, Virginia is one of my favorite coffee shops in this country. Besides the excellent food and service, I love to browse in their fantastic retail shop where I found this beautiful handmade wooden box.

The box is from Original T-Bag Designs in Hout Bay, South Africa. Their products are made using recycled tea bags that are hand painted and decorated.

This is a Trinket Box, which comes in several variations. The hand painted recycled tea bag is preserved under a coating of resin on the lid.  I couldn’t wait until I returned home so I could learn more details from their web site!
